LearnBridge, an education technology startup, has published results from its AI tutoring pilot program in Title I schools showing significant improvements in math and reading scores among underserved students. Students using the platform for 30 minutes daily gained an average of 1.5 grade levels over a single school year.

The AI tutor adapts to individual learning styles and provides real-time feedback in multiple languages, making it particularly effective for English language learner populations. The program is currently deployed in 200 schools across 12 states.

Education policy experts say the results are promising but emphasize that AI tutoring should supplement rather than replace human teachers, who provide essential social-emotional support that technology cannot replicate.
