Nuro, the autonomous delivery startup, has announced expansion into 10 additional US cities following a successful two-year pilot program in Houston and Phoenix. The company's small self-driving vehicles deliver groceries, prescriptions, and restaurant orders without a human driver.
Nuro reports a 98 percent on-time delivery rate during its pilot phase with zero accidents involving pedestrians. The expansion will bring autonomous delivery services to markets including Denver, Nashville, and Charlotte.
